This contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) years and above, except for employees of Proton Holdings Berhad, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers as well as its advertising, creative media, digital, design and other creative agencies and their immediate family members. |

Each entry is only valid for booking made during the promotional period from 15th July to 30th September 2010, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period"). Booking will only be valid if recorded in PESB's system. PESB will not be held responsible or liable for the act of its dealers if the booking data is incomplete or not keyed in properly in the system. |

To be eligible to participate in this Book to Win Contest, the Contestants must make booking of any Proton model ("the said Vehicles") during the Promotional Period. Upon booking, the Contestants must submit their name and NRIC No. via SMS to 39993. The service provider will forward three questions to the Contestants and the Contestants shall answer the questions at the shortest time possible. The Contestants will be given a maximum of three (3) chances to enter the sms contest. |

The monthly prize for this contest is RM1,000 worth of PESB service vouchers ("Monthly Prize"). Winners of SMS contest can only redeem their monthly prizes upon the winners registering the said Vehicles during the Promotional Period. 25 winners will be selected monthly for the monthly prize based on shortest time taken to answer the questions correctly. To claim the prize, the contestant must register the car during campaign period (15th July 2010 till 30th September 2010). |

Entries will be accepted until 7th October 2010 only. |

PESB reserves its rights to substitute the prize with items of equivalent value without prior notice. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for any other forms i.e cash, goods or services.

All cost and expenses incurred by the Contestants under the SMS contest shall be borne by the Contestants themselves. |
| 8. |
Claim for the prize must be accompanied with proof of purchase. Copy of Registration Card and copy of NRIC or any other documents deemed necessary by PESB must be provided to PESB, failing which PESB shall be entitled to allocate the prize to another winner. |
| 9. |
Judges decision shall be final and no queries or correspondence will be entertained. |
| 10. |
PESB reserves the right to publish the entry, slogan, name and photographs of the winner in any manner deemed fit for advertising and publicity purposes. |

By participating in this contest, Contestants agree to be bound by the official Rules and Regulations and decisions of PESB. |

PESB reserves the right to alter, amend or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |

The cost of sending SMS to the service provider shall be at normal rate and the cost for receiving SMS from the service provider, to be incurred by Contestants, shall be 30 sen/SMS or as per the normal charges by the Telcos.

PESB shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any accidents, injuries, loss or damages to the Contestants resulting from their participation in the contest. |

To be eligible to participate in this Online Contest, the Contestants must:
- Purchase and register any Proton model ("the said Vehicle") during the promotional period commencing from 15th July to 30th September, 2010, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period");
- Spend a minimum sum of RM250.00 in one receipt at any of PESB's Service Branches or PESB's Authorised Service Dealers outlets.
Note:
- Only one Contestant under the Online Contest above will be eligible for the Grand Prize of PROTON Persona 25th Anniversary Edition worth RM69,500.00 (on the road price indicated for Peninsular Malaysia).
- The Grand Prize winner shall bear all cost of registration, insurances, any form of taxes in so far as the Grand Prize is concerned.
- Online contest is not eligible for cars that are registered under company or businesses, fleet customers with credit facilities, warranty customers and insurance claims.

Click Proton 25th Anniversary Logos ("Logos") & Win
Contestant is required to click on the 25th Anniversary logo in the fastest time on PESB's website.
Each Contestant will be given a maximum of 3 attempts to click on 25th Anniversary logos.
Contestants are also required to provide a slogan of not more than 25 words, beginning with the following words either in English or Bahasa Malaysia;
"Proton is in my heart for 25 years ......"
"Selama 25 tahun Proton dihatiku ......"
Top 25 contestants with the fastest time will qualify to be the finalist of winning the Grand Prize.

The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges based on the fastest time and the most creative slogan. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding and PESB shall not entertain any queries or correspondence in this regard.

The winner will be notified via telephone. The winner will be required to provide copies of supporting documents, contact details and any details deemed necessary and relevant by PESB within forty-eight (48) hours upon receiving the notification via telephone.

PESB reserves its rights to substitute the prize with items of equivalent value without prior notice. |
| 7. |
The prize shall not be transferable or exchangeable for any other forms i.e cash, goods or services. All cost and expenses incurred by Contestants under the Online Contest shall be borne by the Contestants themselves. The prize will only be registered under the winner's name. The prize shall be redeemed by the winner on the date to be stipulated by PESB. If the winner does not redeem the prize on the stipulated date, PESB shall be entitled to forfeit the prize. |

In the event PESB has a prize giving ceremony, the winner is required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect the prize. In the event the winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf. |

PESB hereby reserves the right to terminate/alter this contest or replace the prize with an item of equivalent value without prior notice. |

PESB reserves the right to publish the entry, slogan, name and photographs of the winner in any manner deemed fit for advertising and publicity purposes. |

PESB shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss or damages to the eligible Contestants resulting from their participation in the contest. All cost and expenses incurred in participating in the contest shall be borne by the Contestants. |
| 12. |
PESB shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in the event the said Vehicle could not be registered during the Promotional Period for whatsoever reason. |

The Great Balik Kampung Deals entitles customers to 50% discount on labour charges for selected parts only. |

The selected parts involved are:-
i) brake pads
ii) shock absorbers
iii) clutch kit
iv) timing belts
v) engine mountings

To be eligible for the 50% discount on labour charges, it is compulsory for customers to service their car at PESB Service Branches or PESB's Authorised Service Dealers utilising any of the ProCare Packages available, i.e ProCare Basic, ProCare Regular, ProCare Smart or ProCare Advance. |

All replacement parts will be charged based on regular retail price. |
